We connect via video (preferred) or phone, spending about two hours reviewing your life, your health, and how ACE Medical can help. *Home Based Urine Substance Monitoring (AKA Urine Drug Screening UDS) will be performed during follow up medical visit.
*Home Based Urine Substance Monitoring is REQUIRED at least every 3 months, and may be recommended more frequently to help clients remain consistent with treatment goals
*The results of Home Based Urine Substance Monitoring does not affect the eligibility for membership.
*Home Based Urine Substance Monitoring is required for clients receiving CONTROLLED substances as part of their personalized Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Do You Accept Medi-Cal?
Membership at ACE Medical IS NOT AVAILABLE to individuals with Medicaid (Medi-Cal) or Medicare.
Who can receive services from ACE Medical?
ACE Medical is a professional corporation licensed in CA and can service ANY individual currently located in CA. We will provide care to any age, but controlled substance prescriptions may be limited based on state laws.
Do You Accept Insurance?
ACE Medical operates independently of insurance. Membership allows access to private consultation without requiring permissions or delays that can happen with insurance. ACE Medical will help you with medication prior authorization, with your consent, to help you achieve control of your wellness journey.
Is my consultation TRULY Private?
ACE Medical does not Bill to Insurance, so no organization will have access to your private medical record. If your medical treatment plan includes medications, we will be submitting the information to any accredited Pharmacy of your choice. The Pharmacy may bill your insurance. With your permission, we can communicate with the Pharmacy, and then with your medical insurer to provide documentation for prior authorization IF you choose to use your medical insurance to pay for medications. The Pharmacy automatically reports any dispensed controlled substances to California’s Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System. (CURES) is a database that contains information about controlled substance prescriptions, including buprenorphine, dispensed in the state.
